Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used skincare products.
If you received an unopened product and would like to request a return, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or we made an error with the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product arrived damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and product-safety reasons, the following are generally not eligible for return:
Opened or used products
Products without their original packaging
Products returned after the applicable return period
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items, unless otherwise stated
Allergies & Skin Sensitivity
Please review the ingredients carefully before purchasing. Everyone’s skin is different, and we recommend performing a patch test before using a new product.
We cannot guarantee that our products will be suitable for every individual’s skin type or that they will prevent irritation or allergic reactions.

Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We carefully prepare and package every order to ensure your products arrive safely and ready to enjoy.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Times
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
From time to time, we may offer free-shipping promotions or special shipping rates. Any applicable promotion will be displayed on our website.
Damaged or Missing Packages
We carefully package all orders before shipment. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and the product so we can assist you.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges will apply to resend your order.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order.
International orders may take approximately 7–21 business days after processing, depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, holidays, weather, or carrier delays.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate international shipping address. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or incorrect/incomplete addresses.
Because international shipping regulations vary by country, certain products may not be eligible for shipment to every destination. If an order cannot legally or safely be shipped to the destination provided, we will contact the customer regarding available options.
